After hiring and firing several agencies who were reactive and uninterested in accountability, cofounders, Danielle Walton and Justin Spring, knew it was time for someone to change the game. They founded Adept in 2008 with one core condition:
“We’ll only do things that can be measured and we’ll hold ourselves accountable for those results.”
Growing exclusively through referrals (and some competent SEO efforts), we have jumped into the Top 10 agency list in Central Ohio and are one of the fastest growing agencies in the United States according to The Agency Post.

By remaining grounded in sound business financial and marketing performance metrics but continuously learning and trying new technologies and methodologies, he leads Adept as it evolves relevant services and grows client relationships.

She offers a consultative approach and personalized strategies to a wide range of clients from small entrepreneurial businesses to Fortune 500 entities and from local community organizations to global non-profits.

The head of Adept’s account strategy, Melissa works directly with client and internal teams to communicate strategy and provide ongoing direction on scoping, budgets, prioritization, and timelines. A skilled communicator, Melissa is able to translate business objectives into marketing goals for clients like The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, AEP Economic Development, and 101 Mobility.
