Justin has over 7 years of experience managing marketing for small to mid-size businesses. At Adept, Justin works closely with promising start-ups in Ohio, Los Angeles and New York City. With a unique ability to combine business financial performance and marketing performance metrics, Justin has been instrumental in growing online start-ups quickly with 300+% ROI numbers.
In 2010, Justin led the JackThreads.com account for Adept growing membership on the e-commerce site by more than 3,000%. This growth led to an acquisition by New York City-based media company, Thrillist.com.
Before co-founding Adept Marketing, Justin was the Marketing Director at Lifestyle Communities, a residential real estate developer in the Midwest. While there, Justin led efforts to focus the company on a specific market segment, enhance product offerings and re-brand the company. These strategic changes along with aggressive marketing tactics i.e. the naming rights agreement with PromoWest Pavilion (now the Lifestyle Communities Pavilion), helped double market share and triple sales in less than 3 years.
Justin graduated with a bachelor of business administration degree in marketing from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas.

Since our founding in 2006, Adept, an SEO, Web Design & Internet Marketing Company
in Columbus, has worked with hundreds of clients and completed over 1,000
marketing projects. From website design to internet marketing
to SEO, our experience is vast, but one thing remains constant
our passion to deliver projects that truly impact the success of our clients.
Our philosophy is pretty simple: do what needs to
be done. We are here to grow companies. If it relates to internet marketing
in any way, we'll help get it done.
How do we know what needs to be done?
You can either tell us or we can tell you. Either way, we'll get things executing
and begin to test internet marketing strategies that drive profitable growth.

You've heard the definition of insanity: "doing the same thing over and over again
and expecting different results." This especially applies to internet marketing.
If we had it our way, all of our clients would let us help them build a predictive
marketing model for their business. This means we agree to the most
likely strategies that will increase sales and execute them fully. We manage them
closely and optimize them as much as possible. Once it is clear that a particular
strategy is or is not working (generating a positive ROI), we either rule it out
or amp it up and move on. Over the course of about 12 months, we should have a predictive
marketing model that only includes strategies that drive positive ROI. Contact us
to learn more about this program.
How we work
Independently You'll be surprised how much we do without needing to be
told.
Passionately We love marketing strategy and it shows in everything we do.
